About Our Client
We are currently partnering with a local conglomerate group in Indonesia, with their current growth they are seeking a Property and Asset Management Manager to assist them in managing the company's current and future assets.

• Establish maintenance and repair schedules for periodic and incidental needs.
• Develop and ensure adherence to asset management budget plans.
• Develop program plans and ensure their implementation.
• Maintain records of asset movements, including acquisitions, transfers, locations, ownership, and disposals.
• Responsible for the management of both fixed and non-fixed assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring quantity and quality checks.
• Establish and maintain systems, policies, procedures, and forms that align with company strategy and regulations.
• System & Policy Development:
• Prepare Asset Mutation Reports for asset changes, sales, losses, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure proper asset transfers in line with established policies.
• Distribute and enforce company policies related to asset management.
• Oversee the quality management system to meet regulatory requirements.
• Streamline the drafting and implementation process of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the realization of budget targets within the asset management scope.
• Coordinate with relevant parties/divisions to conduct scheduled stock-taking and monitor available assets.
• Supervise the allocation, movement, and disposal of company assets on a regular basis.
• Implement effective monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Generate asset condition reports based on inspections.
• Track asset storage locations and utilization.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as Asset Management Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
