Required Skill(s): Have good communication, Data Management and english proficient (written and oral),

Conduct system monitoring, control software license management and execute inventory tool reporting in order to meet hardware and software compliance.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Provide data of service configuration item for service configuration audit in order to have accurate database.

Register and update configuration item.

Conduct acquisition and identification of fixed asset in order to have accurate asset data.

- Minimum education S1 Management

- Have experience working as an asset management min. 2 years

Analyze operational asset risks according to applicable SOP and create office asset management strategies.

Provide asset management accountability reports to superiors on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).

Education min. D3 majoring in Administration or Asset Management is preferred

Responsible for recording every asset in the whole area

Understand the asset cycle, asset inventory, and asset write-off is a plus

Honest, neat, and pay attention to details

Able to work in a team and fast-paced jobs

Have driver license (SIM A / SIM C)

Land Management, Managing Land Certificates from the start process till the certificate is released.

Daily Trash Report Management, Signing and receiving daily trash receipts of PT LCI LINE PROJECT from trash management vendors.

Documents Management within the Office, Involvement in archiving and keeping safe the documents of the external team within the office.

Oversee the quality management system to meet regulatory requirements.

A minimum of 3 years' experience as Asset Management Manager

Responsible for the management of both fixed and non-fixed assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring quantity and quality checks.

Develop and ensure adherence to asset management budget plans.

Ensure the realization of budget targets within the asset management scope.

Distribute and enforce company policies related to asset management.

Strong analytical skills and data management.

At least 3 - 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Scheduling material delivery and external coordination regarding on material delivery issues.

Summary of Handling in storage and handling out, inventory/stock accuracy between physical and system,

Coordination with internal and external parties regarding on stock deliveries, stock swapping on respective materials

Periodically performing checking on material arrival at sites
