Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties
• Provides general expertise to management on all areas of HR- or may be responsible for select functions within HR including employment- planning- and development.
• Implements best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes at the business unit/area.

Requirements:

• A people person and self-starter would be a great match with the HR Team.
• Able to join ASAP
• Final year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Analytical, detail, and result-oriented.
• Have excellent and extraordinary verbal oral & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willing to do WFO (Bluegreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
• Has minimum 3 months experience as a Human Resources Intern (will be a plus point).
