Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


  • Implement, administer and identify ways to improve policies and procedures
  • Design and manage corporate training & development program
  • Lead the implementation of employee's journeys programs to improve the employee experience
  • Develop and manage talent management program & implementation
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee/industrial relations and performance management issues
  • Prepare termination and severance letters


Requirements :


  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures, best practices and current regulations
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
