Our client is Multinational Logistic Company, as an HRBP Senior Manager at our client, you will play a strategic role in driving and supporting the overall human resources function for the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning. Your primary focus will be aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive employee engagement, productivity, and overall business success.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in a multinational organization or a complex business environment.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
