Job description:
- Initiating and monitoring the development program to ensure effectiveness and accomplishment of trainings objective.
- Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs in terms of employees accomplishments and performance.
- Identifying markets talent development initiatives by assessing employees competencies to match job performancerequirement through performance management and training need analysis.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of the latest HR practices in areas such as Talent Management and Leadership Development,
- Min 5 years experience in related field
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels
- Competency Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, ppt)
- Proficient in English
- Well verse in Hay/Mercer Job Evaluation Analysis
