Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: screen resumes and application forms, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, and manage the career site
• Employer Branding: creating several employer branding initiatives and manage the LinkedIn page
• Employee Engagement: understand and maintain the level of employee engagement with the company
• L&D: assisting and supporting the learning & development and initiatives
• And many more exciting HR ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Used to operate Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with structured thinking
• Proficiency in data visualization tools is a must
• Final year students or fresh graduates, preferably those who already have experience in the human resources field
• Ready to become a collaborative team player in a dynamic yet fun working environment
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Coming from a reputable university in Indonesia and/or overseas
• Highly initiative, proactive, and collaborative
