The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for presentation to senior management.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product, effectively conveying their value to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is someone with a strong experience in sales team management and track record in selling to the relevant industries, such as Automotive (OEM, 1st Tier, 2nd Tier), Fabrication, etc.
Knowledge and experience in sales of Welding Technology is a major advantage.
