Technology Solution Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Lead a Technology Solution Team (Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence and Data Analyst)
2. Assess the existing business, data, and system process within multiple clients and stakeholders
3. Architect and design proposed solutions for clients before executed by development team
4. Build a Business Requirement Document (BRD) that consist the problems and solutions
5. Design and build the POC and Prototype needed in proposal building
6. Presenting to clients and stakeholders about proposed solutions
7. Give a direct brief to handover solutions to Project Team (Project Manager, Development Team)

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree or master’s degree in Information Technology related major
2. 5+ years of work experience in designing technology solution for the stack and its infrastructure, especially data processing related
3. Experience in business, data, and system assessment
4. Ability to design software/application architecture and topology with several common drawing techniques using draw.io or other tools.
5. Ability to lead a team and also work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
6. Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
7. Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
8. Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
9. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesia
