Responsibilities:

• Ensure that there are procedures and policies in the event of a personal data protection dispute that is carried out through arbitration, courts, or other alternative dispute resolution institutions in accordance with statutory provisions.
• Ensuring the processing of personal data by the company
• Ensuring that the company has procedures that accommodate the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act in terms of data transfer activities to other personal data controllers both at home and abroad
• Ensuring that the company has and implements operational technical steps to protect personal data from data processing disturbances and determines the level of personal data security by taking into account the nature and risks and the system used is a system that is reliable, safe and accountable
• Ensuring that the company gives a written notification to the Personal Data Subject & Government Appointed Institution in the event of a personal data protection failure/incident no later than 3x24 hours after the incident/failure occurs
• Creating policy infrastructure and other relevant procedures in order to comply with personal data protection laws
• Ensure that the controller of personal data, in this case the company, has a basis for processing personal data, namely consent both electronically and non-electronically, which is legally valid, explicitly from the Personal Data Subject for the purpose that has been submitted
• Ensuring that the company carries out a personal data protection impact assessment in terms of processing personal data has a high potential risk to personal data subjects

Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of Information Technology role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Have Experience Related to Personal Data Protection Practices
• Have Knowledge of Law
