Job Description


  • Serve as a customer agency advocate and first response when bugs happen
  • Working closely with WFM & C-Ops team to capture all possibility bugs, maintenance happen
  • Manage release all of bugs and announcement information to the users


Requirements


  • Good in basic excel & formula
  • Good in Communication
  • Good in English (Verbal & Written)
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • Has willingness to work on Shifting
  • At least 1 year experience as Customer Service
  • Attention to detail
