Quality Management System Intern

REQUIREMENTS :

• A detail-oriented person who has good administrative skills
• Possess good analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Having exposure to internal & external Audits ISO 9001 will be a plus
• Having a basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Manufacturing Management Systems will be a plus
• Familiar with Ms. Office (PPT, Excel, Word, and others)
• Placement in Cikarang, Delta Silicon 6
• Able to commit to 3 months Internships period (WFO)
• Fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronica or related fields

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

• Support the coordination and collaboration with other related functions to ensure the SOP/Internal Audit running well Do the administrative tasks (reporting, archiving files, others) in the Quality Management System Dept.
• Support the Internal Audit activity
• Involve in other QMS Projects
• Assist the QMS Team to develop, initiate, and maintain policies and procedures for Quality Management Systems, ISO, and Document Control
