At least 2 years experience as Project Management or Customer Service Team Lead

Manage release all of bugs and announcement information to the users

Your responsibilities among others are include the following:

Candidate MUST fulfill the following requirements:

Register, assist, follow up, and coordinate for complain.

Filing of improvements: processing of corrective actions with regard to the quality system

Oversee the complain handling management and take action to resolve issue in order to optimize customers satisfaction

Design and implement policies and procedures and clear quality strategy that allow efficient monitoring of performance to ensure quality of process

Responsible for the SOP development & rollout, plan and oversee training Initiatives to support QMS compliance

Leads audit such as prepare reports and necessary documentation to ensure all documents are in place

Maintain relationships with various stakeholder to ensure optimal operation control response time & lead time to resolve any operation issue

Having a basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Manufacturing Management Systems will be a plus

Assist the QMS Team to develop, initiate, and maintain policies and procedures for Quality Management Systems, ISO, and Document Control

A detail-oriented person who has good administrative skills

Possess good analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills

Fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronica or related fields

Memiliki sertifikat ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, SMK3, dan AK3 Umum

Memahami & berpengalaman mengembangkan ISO minimal 3 tahun(ISO 14001, 9001, 45001)

Berpengalaman dalam membuat dan mengembangkan KPI

Memiliki strategic and analytical thingking yang kuat

Dapat bekerja secara individual dan tim dengan baik

Strong knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS)

Bachelor Degree of Engineering or Quality Management System

Have strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Indonesia Work Safety Act and Law

3 to 5 years of experience in related role.

Fluent in English is a must

1.Experience in ERP system management

3.3-5 years’ experience in Standard Accounting practice

A senior responsible position in the accounting section of a international export company

3.Involved in Standard, system and procedures development, relate to ERP system.

4.Planning, strategy building, and implement about the ERP.

5.Solving problems regarding any ERP issues supporting employees with the ERP systems

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Manage customers' complaints and requirements

Excellent relationship skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationship in addition to excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Experienced in sales, business development, technical B2B environment is an advantage.

Maintaining and expanding relationship with clients.

Supervise day to day operation and client's event.
