• Responsible for the SOP development & rollout, plan and oversee training Initiatives to support QMS compliance
• Design and implement policies and procedures and clear quality strategy that allow efficient monitoring of performance to ensure quality of process
• Maintain relationships with various stakeholder to ensure optimal operation control response time & lead time to resolve any operation issue
• Oversee the complain handling management and take action to resolve issue in order to optimize customers satisfaction
• Leads audit such as prepare reports and necessary documentation to ensure all documents are in place
