Quality Management Specialist Jobs

Nobel Riggindois an established and credible Rigging Supplier of Wire Rope and Chain Slings, assemblies and other Rigging Products to the Oil & Gas, offshore, marine, mining and construction sectors throughout Indonesia. Responsibilites :

1. Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system according to ISO or other standards.
2. Conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Identify areas for improvement in the quality management system and implement corrective actions.
4. Monitor and track quality to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality problems. Develop and implement corrective actions.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality management principles and practices.
7. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure quality objectives are understood and integrated into all business operations.
8. Develop and maintain quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures, jobs, instructions, and quality records.
9. Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure the quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
10. Actively participate in quality and management meetings to review and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in quality management or a related field (engineering, business administration, or science).
2. Certification in quality management system (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standard).
3. Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
5. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Attention to detail and experienced in document control.
8. Experienced in auditing, both internal and external.
9. Experienced using computer systems to manage QMS data.
