Oversee the complain handling management and take action to resolve issue in order to optimize customers satisfaction

Design and implement policies and procedures and clear quality strategy that allow efficient monitoring of performance to ensure quality of process

Responsible for the SOP development & rollout, plan and oversee training Initiatives to support QMS compliance

Leads audit such as prepare reports and necessary documentation to ensure all documents are in place

Maintain relationships with various stakeholder to ensure optimal operation control response time & lead time to resolve any operation issue

Having a basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Manufacturing Management Systems will be a plus

Assist the QMS Team to develop, initiate, and maintain policies and procedures for Quality Management Systems, ISO, and Document Control

A detail-oriented person who has good administrative skills

Minimal S1/S2 dari jurusan Teknik Lingkungan

Memiliki sertifikat ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, SMK3, dan AK3 Umum

Memahami & berpengalaman mengembangkan ISO minimal 3 tahun(ISO 14001, 9001, 45001)

Berpengalaman dalam membuat dan mengembangkan KPI

Memiliki strategic and analytical thingking yang kuat

Dapat bekerja secara individual dan tim dengan baik

Organize and prioritize work with minimal guidance and manage projects promptly and effectively.

Advanced knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures, tools, and customer-related processes.

Robust systems thinking skillset, able to connect the dots of critical inputs to deliver a desired output.

Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all business levels and functions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Champion the products and service quality in accordance with the company’s and customer’s standards.

Strong knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS)

Bachelor Degree of Engineering or Quality Management System

Have strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Indonesia Work Safety Act and Law

3 to 5 years of experience in related role.

Fluent in English is a must

WFO from Tebet, South Jakarta

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and communicate findings to management

3+ year in quality management in food manufacturing

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and quality

Work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

5+ years experience in n quality control in the food manufacturing industry ( meat process, frozen foods are most preferable)

3+ years in managerial positions
