Manager Quality Management Jobs

In this role you will be responsible for the product quality at the factory, monitoring quality assurance deployment and risk management in both development and production to ensure the products released are at the highest quality level in accordance with the company’s and customer’s standards. The ideal candidate will have a track record of significant achievements and a drive for quality excellence.

• Initiate and drive continuous improvements on key quality indicators.
• Organize and prioritize work with minimal guidance and manage projects promptly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented, able to effectively handle multiple priorities, flexibility to reorganize and reschedule work on short notice to meet tight deadlines, have a strong quality mindset, and enjoy working in a team environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures, tools, and customer-related processes.
• Champion the products and service quality in accordance with the company’s and customer’s standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive root cause and corrective action investigations and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all business levels and functions.
• Make quick, sound decisions regarding quality issues with a customer-focused mindset.
• 6+ years of relevant job experience in engineering, development, or quality assurance in the semiconductor industry, with 3+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead communication of quality performance, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary escalation point of contact for quality issues.
• Robust systems thinking skillset, able to connect the dots of critical inputs to deliver a desired output.
• Knowledge of quality problem-solving methods including, but not limited to Fishbone Analysis, FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), FMEA, risk assessment, or DMAIC/ 6 Sigma. Certified Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred—additionally, evidence of the application of these methods to solve complex problems in a manufacturing environment.
