Consulting Firm - Contract

Responsibilities

• Define the best-fit training strategy for the organization and the system provided
• Monitor and track training progress on an individual basis for transformation initiatives
• Provide insights into communications strategy and defining communications vehicles.
• Provide insights into change agents to drive adoption 6. Ability to communicate detailed change impacts from new ways of working Working Arrangement
• Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, and develop change plans to drive adoption
• Assess risk and provide the path to resolution.
• Work on obtaining data points for change impact analysis, change readiness, and change plans to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Has experience more than 5 years of experience combined both in consulting and practice, for Human Capital, Change Management, and People Experience in organization, process, and technology design and implementation. These include HR Transformation, Business Process Management, People Journey, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
• Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
• Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
• Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
• In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting.
