Product Management Intern - Share

What You Will Do

• Drive the execution of product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization, ensuring optimal growth trajectory of the product
• Actively support the engineering team, providing support to address their queries and proactively seeking and removing blockers that are between us and our goals
• Participate in critical agile meetings with the team such as but not limited to Sprint Planning, Tech, Data & Design Grooming, etc
• Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to measure the impact of sharing features, identify areas for improvement, and drive user engagement and satisfaction
• Work with SEO / Comm PMs to enhance the quality of product deliverables
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
• Develop a comprehensive and visionary strategy for Sharing Experiences that align with the values and objectives of Tokopedia

What You Will Need

• Some proficiency in writing & conversing in English and able to communicate straightforwardly while staying clear, concise, and emphatic
• Good attention to detail as the candidate’s work will be reflected directly in the front end
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives for user satisfaction
• Available for a 6-months internship period
• Self-motivated, growth mindset, and willingness to take on hands-on tasks
• Final year of study in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Product Management, Economics, Statistics, HCI, etc)
• Passion for social media platforms, sharing economy, and staying updated with industry trends
