Develop a comprehensive and visionary strategy for Sharing Experiences that align with the values and objectives of Tokopedia

Drive the execution of product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization, ensuring optimal growth trajectory of the product

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape

Work with SEO / Comm PMs to enhance the quality of product deliverables

Some proficiency in writing & conversing in English and able to communicate straightforwardly while staying clear, concise, and emphatic

Familiar with Automation testing tools, performance testing & Project Management

Ensure quality of the delivered process (zero failure) based on the defined requirement

Have experience in leading a team is preferable

At least 7 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders (user and other CoE team members) for testing related activities

Ensure testing activities are executed according to the timeline

Collaborate with Product Manager and Squad Leader to manage squad, backlog, and tasks related to product management

Collaborate with Product Manager to create supporting documents such as PRD, sprint objectives, monthly reports, product or feature knowledge, and others

Experienced, or at least have knowledge, in the development process of digital products, both website and mobile application

Assist in product development initiatives, scrum activities, and in conducting end-to-end testing to ensure that the products meet the requirements

Engage in cross-functional discussions and collaborations

Fresh graduate or final year college students in Computer Science or related fields

Proficient in Product Requirements Document (PRD) writing

Ability in conducting requirements workshop with business users

Detailed orientation and adequate analytical skill

Min. Bachelor Degree; Majoring Computer Science, Software Engineering or related

Demonstrate basic ability of written/verbal communication

Able to work both individually/team

Experience or knowledge in the fields listed below would be an advantage:

Signal modulations and multiple access

Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/computer engineering or similar fields

Able to work in Batam, Indonesia and have Indonesian citizenship.

Able to program in either python, C, C#, C++ or LabView

Fluent in either English and/or Mandarin/Chinese

Strong interest in Product Management and education.

Basic knowledge of product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Previous experience in Product Management or related fields.

Gain experience in building an educational platform for entry-level Product Managers.

Conducting market research and identifying the needs of entry-level Product Managers.

Managing educational content such as articles, videos, and webinars for the platform.

Having min. 3 years of working experience.

As a product specialist for psychometric assessment product

As content support (product-related) for Pre-Sales Activity

Collaborate with the Principal and R&D teams in the enhancement/development process

Well-versed in the variety of psychometric assessment instruments and the complexities of the test-development process.

Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading).
