Treasury & Wealth Management Product Manager

About the role

• The Product Manager is a senior role responsible for creating, owning, and delivering digital product(s) for the bank

Qualifications :

• BA/BS degree, preferably in product management.
• Lean user testing and MVP best practices
• 7+ years experience creating, delivering, and getting business results from digital products.
• A focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
• Sound knowledge of business and technology, including the technical aspects of product development involving waterfall and agile frameworks, JIRA, SQL, UI / UX, etc.
• 12+ years total professional experience, with experience at a high-growth company or start-up a plus.
• An understanding of agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or be very keen to learn.
• Be willing to work from office in Jakarta, elevate the working culture, and provide positive feedback to our team.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet deadlines

• Attract, hire, and develop senior to staff-level team members.
• Assist Product Owners in refining their product submission and get better understanding of Product Owner’s business context and requirement.
• Accountable for end-to-end product development
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
• Manage and continuously monitor and improve launched products under your portfolio
• Define products KPIs, and monitor and report on product KPIs
• Work with your team to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
• Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Be an effective manager of managers. Can coach and grow people to their next level. Takes swift, decisive, and wise action when facing manager performance issues. Wisely and appropriately utilizes skip-level relationships.
• Influences the thinking of the leadership team through sound reasoning, data, positive working relationships, and succinctly articulated arguments.
• Hold deep understanding of all the key levers of the business, how they work together, and how that should the product we build and the solution it delivers.
• Define a compelling digital product vision, definition, and strategy for specific financial product, banking service, channel, customer segment, or teams.
• Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to senior management and other stakeholders
• Hold yourself, your team, and other units responsible for achieving team level and company-level OKRs.
