· Experience with product management and development tools

BA/BS degree, preferably in product management.

The Product Manager is a senior role responsible for creating, owning, and delivering digital product(s) for the bank

7+ years experience creating, delivering, and getting business results from digital products.

12+ years total professional experience, with experience at a high-growth company or start-up a plus.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in business development, partnerships, or project management

Relevant experience in project management such as growth, profitability improvement, operations excellence, and new product development

Manage daily and weekly operations (BAU) of the financial products, including report generation and analysis

Previous experience in financial industry (banking, insurance, investment, peer-to-peer lending) or e-commerce

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items

Good verbal and written communication - including good powerpoint and excel skills

Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

Minimum 2 (two) years sales experience in marketing to government, state own company or private project and all retail sector

Experience in sales in oil & gas pipe and retail pipe

Dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Meet and exceed sales targets

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

This role is multi-faceted, allowing development in range of important skills (project management, data analytics, stakeholder management).

Project management and strong organizational skills

Develop skills and competencies in order to project manage smaller surveys

High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to details

Strong business, interpersonal and communication skills.

Broad knowledge of research and survey methodologies

Deep understanding on Asset & Liabilities management, FX, Fixed Income and Derivatives

Minimum 10 years experience in Treasury

Hold treasury certification minimum intermediate level

Ensure compliancy to internal and external requirement
