7+ years experience creating, delivering, and getting business results from digital products.

12+ years total professional experience, with experience at a high-growth company or start-up a plus.

Identify potential improvements for existing products/features to improve overall customers experiences

Having experience in E-commerce will be advantage

Assess and analyze relevant market & Industry trend

Monitor competitor's new products/features and its impact towards Indonesian market (users)

Gather quantitative product data and analyze customer research data to identify current customer pain points

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Management/Investment Banking or other relevant major from a reputable university

Deliver end-to-end knowledge of Mutual Fund products to Priority clients

Build and manage relationships with Priority clients through a variety of mediums, including our platform

Work closely with relevant external parties such as Investment Managers

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong experience in handling Institutional/Corporate clients

Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund products and Bibit application

Strong problem solving and analytical skills including demonstrated experience with research, data gathering and ability to think strategically

WAPERD and/or WPPE AAJI certification a plus

Lead a team of Product Managers to launch the application in Indonesia to accomplish the company's commercial goals

Graduate degree, preferably in Business or related disciplines; with at least 10 years of similar experience in financial industries

Execute the strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing of clients' products

Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to increase adoption rate of clients

Do competitor research, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for product improvement

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with major in Computer Science or related field.

Qualification in related business discipline is an advantage.

Have good knowledge of the project lifecycle;

Good communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Reasonable project implementation, documentation, governance skill.

Proven technical expertise in an IT development/deployment role;

Have work experience min. 2 years for Banking Industry relevant field (Relationship Manager Funding SME/Commercial).

Strong Communication, Interpersonal and selling skills.

Good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations with various level of correspondence

Maintaining, growing and deepening relationship with existing and prospective SME customers

Acquiring Revenue / Funding and minimize attrition rate

Collecting market informations and do some updating customer database to achieve an effective cross selling
