7+ years experience creating, delivering, and getting business results from digital products.

12+ years total professional experience, with experience at a high-growth company or start-up a plus.

Minimal 1-2 years of working experience as Product Management

Identify potential improvements for existing products/features to improve overall customers experiences

Having experience in E-commerce will be advantage

Assess and analyze relevant market & Industry trend

Monitor competitor's new products/features and its impact towards Indonesian market (users)

Gather quantitative product data and analyze customer research data to identify current customer pain points

Memiliki pengetahuan produk perbankan secara umum dan cash management pada khususnya.

Memonitor utilisasi produk/ layanan dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan produk yang dibutuhkan, baik dari sisi regulasi, perkembangan teknologi dan/atau kondisi market.

Memiliki pengetahuan bisnis, kondisi pasar dan regulasi secara umum

Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tertulis

Menguasai MS Office dengan baik (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)

Menguasai metode penulisan formal secara baik.

Minimum 3 years investment product development/management experience

Strong problem solving and analytical skills including demonstrated experience with research, data gathering and ability to think strategically

WAPERD and/or WPPE AAJI certification a plus
