Change Control Management Officer Jobs

Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Informatics Engineering or other related fields from reputable Universities.

Have good communication skills and can work in a team.

Have experience in preparing test scripts for testing purposes.

Have analytical/critical skills and problem solving of business processes in digital banking.

Have good English skills (Active and Passive).

Review system change documents based on the list received according to applicable guidelines.

Undertake effective risk and issue management with a specific focus on programme outcomes and benefit realisation;

Lead Fd Army’s Business Change Management function;

INTEGRATE new capabilities as they are transitioned into use.

OPTIMISE and SUSTAIN current capabilities.

Ensure that effective cohesion is maintained throughout the programme lifecycle across all Defence Lines of Development (DLODs);

Ensure programme scheduling is realistic and considers the impact on the User within Fd Army;

Uncompromising on standards and strong negotiating skills to persuade site or subsidiary management

Successful experience in internal control or risk management

Apply the Eramet Risk Management methodology and promote a risk management culture within the organisation

Use Eramet risk management tools (e.g. Erarisk Power BI)

Be an actor in the group Risk Management community

Rollout of Eramet Management System (EMS) framework in the entity:

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Together with Project Managers – analyze issues, identify risks, report accordingly to management and propose solutions to be implemented

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Support implementation of changes in the organization by working with Project Managers and senior stakeholders

Strong communication skills in English and Japanese , conceptual ability and ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels.

Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
