• Ensure The Infrastructure And Operations Solutions Meet Both Functional And Technical Requirements With Design And Planning On Future Maintenance, Cost, Performance Scalability, And Compliance
• Establish And Maintain A Collaborative Relationship With The Technology Team Both Internal And External
• Responsible For Coordinating With External Regulators And Auditors On Related Regulations Matters. Ensure The Operations Model Is Fulfilling The HKMA Requirements
• Lead The Senior Team Leaders And Architects To Resolve Bottlenecks, Weaknesses, Restrictions, And Security Concerns Imposed By The Current Infrastructure And Operations Setup
• Establish Operations Support Framework And Best Practices For The Systems Across Change Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Asset Management, And Configuration Management
• Responsible For The Entire IT Operations Strategy Across Infrastructure, Servers, Databases, Data Centre, Service Management, Security, Etc

Requirement:

• Sound technical knowledge across server computing, networks, storage, middleware, security, and end-user computing
• Strong vendor and project management skills
• Extensive working experience in managing large-scale IT Operations and Infrastructure in a large banking environment
