Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.

Minimally 10 yrs of Projects Management experience, managing concurrent fabrication projects (i.e. process modules, e-houses etc)

Strong in Contract Management and Project Planning / Scheduling

Monitor Project Managers performance and develop their career growth.

To Manage & Guide the Project Managers / Directors & PMT team in achieving Project Goals.

Project Sponsor for key projects

Responsible for all Projects’ performance executed in Yard.

Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel; having knowledge of Python, R, or Tableau would be a big advantage

Build Automated Reports And Dashboards Based On Partner Requirements To Support The Decision-making Process

A wealth of experience as Data Scientist/Analyst (or other field related to data processing)

3 years experience of successfully leading and coaching analytical teams

Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques such as Decision Trees, Clustering, Regression

Good communication and social skills

Practical know-how of development cooperation, experience in program management and knowledge of relevant actors and institutions;

Management and/or coaching experience; proven leadership skills will be a plus;

A university degree at masters level or equivalent, in economics, finance, development studies, political / social sciences or a related field;

Minimum 4-6 years of practical experience in SQL and Python

Prior experience with developing data visualisations in tools like Tableau, Metabase and similar programs

Translate business and product questions into dashboards that are actionable for our leadership and operations team

Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL and Python and present interesting findings to business stakeholders to drive business and strategic decisions

Build self-serve data products, such as dashboards and tables to reduce time to insights and decision making

Proven ability to recognise business needs and communicate with multiple stakeholders including PMs, business and operations

Strong knowledge of system integration, data management, and data analytics solutions

Develop a data management and analytics team with the skills required to deliver the proposed solution.

Stay updated on current trends, technology, and best practices in Data Management and Analytics area.

Provide strategic data architecture design using cutting-edge technologies to solve client issues in the data management and analytics area.

Design and implement training programs to improve the member’s skills and knowledge and keep the members updated with new technologies.

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for system integration and data management projects.
