AIA Indonesia currently looking for Head of Data with below responsibility :

• Contribute to vendor and solution evaluation for data and analytics solution selection and implementation
• Design the data scope, roadmap, and target state of data platforms for AIA Indonesia to uplift data maturity KPIs aligned with overall target enterprise architecture and transformation roadmap
• Identification and mitigation of technology and delivery risks associated with data platforms and governance
• Drive AIA Indonesia to improve analytic platform, tools, processes including MLOps, and AI governance.
• Drive delivery of business cases, plans for data platforms, data governance, analytics use cases and business intelligence.
• Rationalization and management of the costs associated with the data platforms and governance
• Provide expertise on data science and advanced modelling/detection techniques
• Establish communities to enable data culture within AIA Indonesia through education and evangelization on the value of data and analytics and how to improve future business outcome
• Drive AIA Indonesia to define end-to-end advanced analytics and AI solutions that can drive business outcomes and value.
• Responsible for creating and managing highly skilled architects, engineers, and governance individuals
• Responsible to ensure data and analytics maturity across AIA Indonesia which includes but is not limited to: Data Platform, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Leverage best practices and developments from other BUs where appropriate to drive lower cost on data and analytics adoption

Requirements:

• Ability to identify innovation opportunities, define and deliver innovative ideas
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Scala
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management tools
• Significant demonstrable experience working as a Data Engineer / Data Architect / data scientist in a multi-national organisation or leading management consultancy
• Significant experience of defining and gaining agreements for data strategy and deploying data solutions to enable primary business decisioning, using Big Data platforms, Data Lakes, MDM, operational systems, business information and analytical systems
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in experience in data engineering, data management, data architecture, MLOps, analytics etc.
• Excellent understanding of big data ecosystem in Microsoft Azure e.g., Databricks, Spark, Synapse, Kubernetes etc.
