Head Of Ecommerce Partnership

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known Logistic and Supply Chain Company in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the

company's goals and objectives.

● Develop partnership marketing and communication strategies, and work with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and events.

● Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, key stakeholders, and potential customers.

● Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

● Manage the partnership budget, and ensure that all partnership activities are aligned

with the company's financial objectives.

● Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities, and analyze the competitive landscape to stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.

● Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is preferred

● Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

● Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

● Experience managing a team of partnership professionals, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.

● Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, and build strong relationships with external partners.

● Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
