Head Of Digital Strategic Partnership & Enterprise Solution

Job Summary

'The role will be in charge for managing the overall strategic partnership non bancassurance and bancassurance alt channel (digital) & the enterprise solution (Acquisition tools) which relates to Marketing area & impact to company KPI target/ goals (Acquisition).

• Develop strategy and proposition of strategic partnership to optimize the non-banca and banca alternative channel (digital) acquisition performance which in-line with company direction and aim for business sustainability.
• Together with customer experience department to design/enhance, monitor and analyze customer journey of strategic partnership enabler/tool to optimize the acquisition result.
• Representative of marketing to support the strategic partnership (banca and non-banca include affinity) to optimize the digital acquisition performance which in line with company direction and aim for business sustainability.
• Manage and enhance the overall plan of digital/ enterprise solution for supporting any acquisition activities (banca and non-banca) works with IT, Operations affinity and Customer Experience (for eq. MPOS, partner, EB Apps).
• Enhance non banca distribution (Go Great) channel performance through strategic partnership and banca alternate channel (digital) as one of the distribution company pillars.
• Conduct review and study across GELI business channel (especially within strategic partners non banca& banca alt channel (digital) in order to align and find new business opportunity through strategic partnership.
• Provide and analyze secondary data from various source related to financial industry especially insurance and banks through any media to support management strategic decision making.
• Together with business unit and Head of Marketing supporting process of strategic partnership non banca & banca alternative channel (digital) include potential strategic partnership through business development team in order to meet the business goals.
• Manage process of strategic partnership non bancassurance and bancassurance alternative channel (digital) include potential strategic partnership through business development team in order to meet the business goals.

Job Specifications

• Degree in Marketing
• Strong communication skills – written and spoken.
• IT literate and well versed in Microsoft (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to deal with vendors and affinity or strategic partners which relates to Great Eastern Life Indonesia business environment.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Good coordination skills.
• Minimum 3 years in Marketing or customer experience and strategic partnership area in order to support acquisition activities and other business objectives.
• Advantages for working in insurance or financial institution.
