Responsibilities:

1. Shape and guide the strategic vision for Infrastructure and Operations, driving the organization towards excellence.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive plans and secure funding approvals to lead IT Infrastructure and Operations effectively.
3. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT Infrastructure and Operations, ensuring a strong commitment to achieving them.
4. Remain up to date for emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insightful recommendations for innovative solutions.
5. Ensure the sustainability, reliability, and availability of Infrastructure, both On-Premise and in the Cloud, as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations.
6. Take ownership of service management, overseeing Incident, Problem, and Escalation processes to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
7. Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards, fostering a robust and compliant operational environment.
8. Supervise, evaluate, and coordinate infrastructure talent, including pro-hire and managed services, while implementing a comprehensive training program to enhance their soft and hard skills.
9. Manage internal and third-party resources, optimizing their contributions to various Infrastructure segments such as Servers, Databases, Data Centers (DC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Networks, with a focus on delivering maximum value.
10. Effectively manage and develop the budget for IT Infrastructure and Operations, aligning it with current needs and projecting future requirements for the next 3 to 5 years.
11. Facilitating seamless cross-platform integration across all departments, ensuring best environment and experience for all participants.
12. As an integral member of the Change Advisory Board, uphold a commitment to enforcing rigorous deployment standards and ensuring that no changes are made to production without proper approval.
13. Conduct thorough monitoring of cloud expenses and leverage existing data to provide recommendations for cost reduction.
14. As an owner of actively monitor all events in production with monitoring tools as a proactive measure to prevent incidents from occurring.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/ Other related educations.
2. Significant demonstrable experience working as a Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations in a multi-national organization or leading management consultancy.
3. Minimum of 10years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Management, and IT Security.
4. Have a great understanding of ITSM,WAN/LAN Network, all Cloud providers, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Firewall, WAF, IAM, Office 365, Azure AD, Network, Collaboration Suites.
5. Proficiency in IT Operations management, including expertise in automation and monitoring tools.
6. Aptitude for recognizing opportunities for innovation, formulating creative ideas, and successfully implementing them.
