Balance of technical and management experience at relevant level and position.

Smelter engineering and construction experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate with a wide stakeholder group.

Bachelor's degree or Masters in an engineering discipline, (Mechanical/Electrical/civil/Process)

Chartered Engineer/Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent with recognised professional body

Direct on the job training for subordinates to enhance their knowledge and skill in performing their tasks.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

7 years of experience in process control infrastructure.

Good communication skill both in English and Indonesian

Good knowledge on Problem Solving/analytical thinking.

Proficiency in IT Operations management, including expertise in automation and monitoring tools.

Facilitating seamless cross-platform integration across all departments, ensuring best environment and experience for all participants.

Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/ Other related educations.

Shape and guide the strategic vision for Infrastructure and Operations, driving the organization towards excellence.

Develop and execute comprehensive plans and secure funding approvals to lead IT Infrastructure and Operations effectively.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT Infrastructure and Operations, ensuring a strong commitment to achieving them.

Responsible to manage the customer requirements and reconciliation on customer targets.

5+ years working experience in Power & Energy solution design

Experienced in telco sites energy consumption / AC/DC system

Lead and engage with Power Energy saving solution program.

Handling energy saving solution with capex design and deployment.

Build strong coordination and communication with customer for Power Capex & Solution design.

7+ years of experience Competencies

Implementing solutions in respect of business requirements with the relevant resources from service providers.

Assist the Head of Services in planning for Capex/Opex requirements for IT Infrastructure

Windows / Apple / Linux Desktops

Networking (LAN, Switches, WAN, VPN, DNS)

Datacentre infrastructure (Server Hardware, Power, Airconditioning etc)
