Engineering And Operations Manager - Smelter

CSG Talent is seeking an Engineering and Operations Manager, reporting to the CEO, to oversee the technical aspects of a multi-discipline construction engineering and future smelter operations scope of work. This role will see you coordinate and manage contractors to deliver the various engineering, and start-up aspects while meeting HSSE, quality, schedule, and budget performance goals across all disciplines.

This role requires relocation to South East Asia

About You

This opportunity is looking for an Engineering Manager, experienced in large scale EPCM projects moving into start-up and operations.This is a long-term career perspective from a very beginning of construction to operations and execution of the future expansions. As part of engineering leadership team, we are looking for leader who can build and create a cohesive working relationship across a multi-disciplinary team.

In addition, you will have the following skills/attributes.

• Broad and extensive knowledge of engineering theories and techniques and a high level of skill in application of this knowledge in the management of the engineering function
• Balance of technical and management experience at relevant level and position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate with a wide stakeholder group.
• Bachelor's degree or Masters in an engineering discipline, (Mechanical/Electrical/civil/Process)
• Chartered Engineer/Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent with recognised professional body
• Smelter engineering and construction experience
