s :

• Create and maintain a special application script to increase system efficiency and reduce staff involvement.
• Monitor and test the performance of the application for possible bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement necessary fixes
• Stick with the set SLA
• Ensure the availability and integrity of the infrastructure along with the system
• Coordinate with upper management and colleagues to achieve the company’s goals
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT staff in related departments in doing daily work or solving found issues
• Comply to all ISO policies and rules set by upper management or company
• Encourage company visions through available technology or research method and development
• In charge of On-Premise & Cloud Data Center device and operational reliability
• Plan, build, set, maintain and monitor all infrastructures and the installed systems
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Analyze and isolate the issues and recommend the next upgrades and budgeting
• Conduct BCP and BCM as well as creating reports from both activities
• Participate in information system and operational support planning
• Provide clear solutions in terms of selecting server, network, and software used for efficiency, reliability, security, and other related aspects.

Job Qualifications :

• Min. 2 years of experience managing On-Premise Data Center and Cloude Data Center (Google Cloud / AWS / Azure)
• Have high integrity
• Familiar with SOHO network concept
• Willing to come to the data center and be out of town if needed
• Able to work under pressure
• Open-minded & open communication
• Willing to work in shifting hours (include holidays)
