Data Center Engineer Officer

:

• Provide training and guidance to operation team, such as Method of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP).
• Ensure all EHS procedures are adhered to by vendor and Company staff.
• Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of critical equipment failures.
• Review monthly report sent by IDC vendor and attend the meeting.
• Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Create and deploy new standard practices for technicians and IDC vendor support teams.
• React to any incident, to identify, evaluate and report impact to our IT equipment. Propose solution to mitigate the impact.
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the Data center.
• Troubleshoot and report of facility and Data server-level events within internal SLA.
• Identify risks and perform IDC vendor operation and maintenance quality assessment.
• As a technical professional for all facilities-related issues within the Data center of Asia-Pacific , escalating to the headquarter (HQ) technical team as needed.
• Liaise with IDC vendor for all maintenance and project work, to identify and mitigate risk.

Requirement

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi
• Preferred have Electrical or mechanical License.
• Bachelors or above in applicable engineering field or mechanical or electrical.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data center or other critical environment or 5+ years of technical training or experience with relevant data center facilities equipment.
• Proven self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Machine Engineering
• Solid leadership and organizational skills.
• Good speaking and writing in English.
