Function

Our Engineering Asset Care team is key in ensuring the high performance and future proofing of our machineries and systems that deliver and delight customers around the globe!

Located in our dynamic Bali plant, the Facilities & Utility Engineer position will report directly to the Engineering Manager.

About The Role

We are looking for a Facilities & Utilities Engineer with a strong passion in providing excellent asset care to deliver outstanding Health, Safety, Quality & Environment for everyone on site by providing maintenance & continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and continuous improvement to deliver and improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and asset care for Facility and Utility Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on persistent performance issues using SAP system data and root cause problem-solving,
• Support capital work for Utility and Facility, including installation, commissioning, and testing within the area as required;
• Take responsibility for the Utility and facilities budget, and ensure the most cost-effective solutions are executed;
• Partner cross-functionally to support trouble-shooting and implementation of continuous improvement solutions to improve operations standards; and
• Coach operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks and Asset care;
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment through adherence to the Safety and 5S;
• Assist in the launch of new projects within the facility activities including project management, allocation of resources, documentation controls, and development of new technology processes.
• Maintain accurate daily utility records so that manufacturing Energy performance can be analyzed.
• Own the Repair and Maintenance process for all Utility and Facility equipment to enable delivery of good service in a safe and efficient manner without direct supervision;

About You

• Knowledge and experience in managing maintenance of Utility and Facility equipment (Chiller, Transformer, Compressor, CCTV, and Fire alarm) or demonstrated ability to learn quickly;
• Strong communication capabilities in both English and Indonesian, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment;
• Possess Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree, Diploma, Vocational Certificate or relevant experience related to Facilities & Utilities Engineering;
• Demonstrated agile and positive mindset, with a track record of driving continuous improvement;
• Applicants with experience in Electrical safety (K3 Listrik) and SAP systems will be highly regarded.
