Strong communication capabilities in both English and Indonesian, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment;

Applicants with experience in Electrical safety (K3 Listrik) and SAP systems will be highly regarded.

Knowledge of Risk & Opportunity management processes on EPCI projects

Ensure the risk management program is integrated into the operations, promote adherence with the processes, and avoid process deviation

Monitor for effectiveness and assist in the implementation of the Business Management System

Facilitate tender risk management reviews on an as-required basis (per procedure)

Provide management with a strategic view of key risks impacting cost and schedule

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, and/or Project Management preferred

Offers professional arguments as the basis for making choices and for convincing the people concerned.

Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language.
