We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join our Risk & Controls team as Lead Risk & Controls, based in Jakarta.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Execute the ongoing risk management activities such as to identify, assess, monitor, and recommend mitigating responses to key risks within the assigned areas (i.e Commercial and Marketing). Contribute to continuous risk identification by sharing insights and ensure a risk-based approach is applied when defining risk responses.
• Continuously collaborates with the regional and central R&C team members, other assurance functions (InfoSec, Data Privacy, Ethics & Compliance, and Risk & Assurance) and external auditors (PwC) to ensure comprehensive advice is given to the business.
• Promote risk culture in the organization by regularly engaging with the stakeholders and communicating updates/changes in the risk landscape and the global standards. Ensure that the relevant business process is adjusted to meet any updated requirement in the global standards and properly reflected in the OneGRC system. Support the implementation of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) through continuous collaboration with the assigned control owners.
• Perform advisory engagements to design end to end process and relevant controls requirements. Effectively engage with and support the relevant stakeholders/business partners to understand the business objectives in determining and advising risk-based control requirements.
• Ensure all reports (advisory reports, issues, fraud reports, etc.) are written with factual information/data, clearly articulating the scope, root cause, issues and proposed remediation plan that are easily understandable by the business partners. Monitor the status of issues remediation/recommendation to ensure timely mitigation of the identified risks.
• Support the Head of R&C in preparing the regional update for the pre-close meeting. Provide changes in the risk landscape including new/emerging risks, key R&C activities during the quarter, update on issues and frauds.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Multi-year international / global assignments
• Curious mindset and positive attitude. Self-starter.
• University degree level education in the relevant filed (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, etc.)
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• 5 years of experience in (Enterprise) Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, Accounting, or Finance.
• Digitization and transformation projects
• Basic SAP and digital ecosystem will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skill and a team-person.
• Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
• Post University Professional Certification/Education – e.g: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be an advantage
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to generate insights through data and articulate them in a compelling manner to drive risk management actions through balanced risk taking
• Relevant experience in:
• ‘Big Four’ and/or other public accounting/audit/ consulting
• Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal.
