An excellent VP Credit Risk job has just become available at the one and only Sovereign Wealth Fund in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role reports directly to the CRO (Chief Risk Officer).

About The VP Credit Risk Role

In the business critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that reduce credit risk, manages the building of financial models that predict credit risk exposure to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth plans
• Conduct new tests up to approved thresholds
• Review collections indicators with Head of Collections for the channel
• Risk appetite for the channel – profitability, participate in stress tests
• Portfolio monitoring, review performance thresholds and timely interventions
• Product programmes, deviation/breach tracking
• Work with the channel partners on credit processes
• Portfolio management – top up, cross-sell policies, etc.
• New acquisition policies, new programme design, risk assessment and implementation

To succeed in VP Credit Risk job, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in credit risk and portfolio management, preferably someone who is coming from Banking Industry.

Key Requirements

• Analytical mind, strong numerical capability, understanding of statistics
• Expertise in handling databases and analytical tools – SAS, SQL programming, Tableau, e-Miner, Decision Tree, etc.
• Exposure to risk scorecards and models
• Bachelor's degree with exposure to consumer risk management in previous roles, for at least five years
