The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create long-term and short-term project plans

• Set targets for milestones and monitor project deliverables

• Delegate project tasks to project team members

• Manage team members and make sure work as expected

• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams internal or external

• Prepare communication with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

• Perform quality control on the project

• Project forecasting and budgeting

• Adjust schedules and targets on the project as required

Job Requirements:

•Candidate must have at least a Diploma , or equivalent in a related field

•2 years of work experience in a Project Coordinator is preferred

•Must have knowledge of Fiber Optic tools (Splicer, OTDR, OPM, etc)

•Understand KMZ, KML, AsPlan, AsBuild

•Knowledge and experience with project management

•Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

•Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined

•Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

•Willing to work on-site
