IRC223584 - PROJECT CONTRUCTION MANAGER

At Eni, we are looking for a Project Construction Manager within Eni Muara Bakau B.V. in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing the overall construction process of onshore or offshore facilities, structures and/or pipelines from initial construction planning through to Mechanical Completion and final hand-over to Commissioning Team.

As a member of the project development department at Eni Muara Bakau B.V. you will be responsible for :

• Holding regular meetings with construction staff to outline construction activities.
• Implementing of constructability analysis contents during selection, definition, and execution phase.
• Defining, implementing, and managing construction organization structure during all the project phases.
• Construction planning and monitoring (schedule and cost) in accordance with Company contractual requirements.
• Monitoring Construction site daily/ weekly/ monthly progress against project program requirements.
• Participating in HSE related initiatives
• Managing of all the construction process, from the early preliminary project phase up to Mechanical Completion and handover to Commissioning team, in order to achieve timely project completion within project budgets.
• Managing construction site supervisors.
• Ensuring the application of best practice and benchmarks and the collection and dissemination of lessons learned.
• Technical quality of project constructability reviews.
• Timeliness and efficiency of construction works execution.
• Contractors’ management (including construction work troubleshooting), suppliers coordination ensuring compliance with the HSE, and Quality standards defined at design stage.
• Contributing to relation with local and central authorities.
• Constructability reviews and construction execution plan reviews.
• Motivate staff and colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards
• Technical integrity of construction work execution.
• Reporting all incidents
• Attending at regular progress meetings with all Construction Contractors.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent)
• Professional Role general knowledge: Construction Plan and Monitoring, Construction Works, Mechanical Completion, Constructability and Commissioning Plan and Monitoring.
• SSPC or NACE or equivalent certification
• Construction experience including planning, mechanical, civil and electrical/instrumental activities
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• Professional Qualification:

Training & Certification

• Project management basic and advanced courses
• Global oil economics & petroleum project evaluation
• Language: Fluent in English & Intermediate knowledge of the local language (if required)
• Combined Survival & Rescue (T-BOSIET certification)
• HSE Management in upstream operations
• Petroleum Engineering
• Project Procurement Management
