Senior Engineer Process Utility Jobs

Merespons permintaan perbaikan sistem semua utility equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, dan Electronics) termasuk PLC dan SCADA sesuai kebutuhan.

Melakukan Preventive dan Corrective sistem semua utility equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, dan Electronics) termasuk PLC dan SCADA secara berkala.

Membuat dan mengimplementasikan Planning dan Scheduling Job Order untuk Preventive dan Corrective Maintenance (Mengatur waktu pelaksanaan kerja dan kebutuhan spare part).

Pendidkan D3 Teknik Mesin atau Elektro.

Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun dibidangnya.

Memiliki keterampilan dalam penggunaan Ms. Office, Autocad dan sistem ERP.

Has experience in HSSE Management System

Must have sound basic skills in all branches of commissioning and start-up management.

Minimum of 10 years on site commissioning and start-up experience. Minimum of 5 years involving oil & gas facilities, pipelines.

Minimum 1 year experience with the contractor in the similar position

Work as part of a collaborative and inclusive team

Willing to relocate to Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia

Ensure they understand and apply the Worley quality management system.

Understand and apply the Quality Management System.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in process engineering.

Prior experience in mining industry and/or resources industry is advantageous.

Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs, using the Worley framework.

Monitor work or the laboratory day to day activities, in order to have accurate and reliable laboratory result.

Develop any potential idea to enhance the operability, reliability, efficiency of the plant operation.

Proactively monitor the process safety issue and provide solution/mitigation to avoid/minimize the impact of any process safety issue in the plant.

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.

At least 7-9 (six) years experience in Oil & Gas, onshore production facility design knowledge

Familiar with international standard, code and recommended practice (API, ASME, ANSI, TEMA) relating with process requirement

In-depth technical knowledge of onshore and offshore oil and gas production facilities

Executing the Process detailed design of the plant

Developing Basis of Design documents

Participating in Engineering Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Project Reviews and Project Management Plan reviews.

Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC is required for this position.

Good knowledge in process engineering software systems.

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering

Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design and commissioning activities is preferred.

Willing to be placed in project area.

Possess Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree, Diploma, Vocational Certificate or relevant experience related to Facilities & Utilities Engineering;

Strong communication capabilities in both English and Indonesian, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment;

Applicants with experience in Electrical safety (K3 Listrik) and SAP systems will be highly regarded.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment through adherence to the Safety and 5S;

Coach operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks and Asset care;

Follow up on persistent performance issues using SAP system data and root cause problem-solving,

Fresh Graduate or 5 Years experience in relative working field.

Provide technical support to keep the plant run and produce as per the design. Develop/review maintenance scope of work.

Two years contract, thereafter renewable by mutual agreement annually.
