Genesys Cloud Engineer Jobs

Genesys Cloud Engineer - Deep Background in PureCloud with Experience in API Integration. We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer (the actual web version of Genesys, which is Purecloud) to help engage in architecture and design, build process and assist in engagement with our enterprise level customers. Genesys Engineer's responsibilities include working closely with our Architects and developers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including implementation plans, timeframes and proposals for the projects. You will perform various roles, like assisting in reengineering engagement, along with designing and implementing Genesys MultiCloud CX Solutions. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and technical skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Genesys Engineer's duties are to ensure that they are capable of leading the customers to a roadmap and be the voice of the customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Client applications like GRAT, Composer, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA (Genesys Administrator), Pulse, log analysis tools.
• Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and Cassandra will be considered a plus.
• Lead Technical Center of Excellence (TCoE) to drive innovations, reduce technical debt and to deliver new capabilities.
• Provide technical oversight to multiple scrum teams, help implement strategic solutions
• Design and Development experience in Routing Applications for Voice routing using Composer / IRD, SCXML is a must and VXML will be of added advantage.

• Having a strong knowledge in SDLC.
• Development experience using Genesys Suite of technologies (Genesys CTI, Genesys Rule Engine, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace.)
• Partner with IT and Business teams across various organizations to plan for migrations and Day 2 enhancement work

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to design & develop call treatment, routing call flows and new solutions to meet emerging customer needs.
• 3+ years of Genesys Framework and GVP experience
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills in english both oral and written
• 3+ years of Voice Routing Development Experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions
• Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer.
• Experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS
• Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Cyara for call flow automation testing.
• Genesys Certification: Pure Cloud Core Professional, Genesys Cloud CX Architect, Genesys Cloud CX Professional
• Deep background in Purecloud with experience in API integratio
• Experience with OMNI (Chat, SMS etc.) routing
• Experience on Build automation tools such as Anthill Pro, XL Deploy, and Jenkins to support CI / CD approach
