- Posts information regarding infrastructure/application issue

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner

Support DevOps, CI/CD process and OpenShift container platform

At least 6 months - 1 year experience as Support Engineer
