PT. Media Data Systemis currently#hiringIAM Support Engineer L1/L2 📣

Responsibilities:

• Manage, regulate and routinely monitor all user accounts contained in the application.
• Review and confirm inactive app user accounts every month and delete confirmed users who are no longer in use (L2).
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to User Accounts either via email or direct.
• Update the user account status contained in the application to the internal portal to be used as a report (L2).

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Application knowledge: IAM Solution, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Domain, Microsoft 365, Exchange Environment, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgre is preferable (L2).
• Minimum S1 Degree from Information Systems or related.
• Have excellent communication and written skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to work SHIFT if needed.
