As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for sales of excitation products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales

targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer

satisfaction.


Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be building long term customer relationships and manage

resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Responsibilities

  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution
  • Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
  • Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned divisions
  • Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls


Qualifications

  • University graduated major in Electrical/Electronics/Other Major Engineering
  • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Has experience in Excitation Sales .Power Generation Utilities.& Power Plant system
  • Preferable experienced deal with PLN/Indonesia Power/ Nusantara Power
