Job Description

Summary:

HVAC sales engineers promote and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) of industrial size to commercial accounts. Much of this work involves finding good matches of equipment output and efficiency to match buildings and interior work areas. These engineers are responsible for ensuring that they provides optimum climate control/ventilation equipment for the particular setting without creating wasteful cost overruns for the purchaser or contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin target
  • Focus on selling Unitary units all over Indonesia (split unit, water cooled package, floor standing, VRF, etc.)
  • Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
  • Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
  • Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of the HVAC industry.
  • Strong work commitment and can work under pressure
  • At least 5 years of experience in building Unitary business, preferably using direct selling mode (B2B).
  • Having good sales, negotiation, and customer relation skills
