Head Of Sales - Smartphone Company

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Head of Sales position for our client, coming from a prominent smartphone company in Indonesia. The position will be based in Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing key Customer accounts within the smartphone industry.
• Previous involvement with multinational corporations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple Accounts concurrently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Present sales plans that are in line with the broader sales objectives, oversee their implementation, and ensure successful completion of sales tasks.
• Conduct market analysis to support customers in their market promotion efforts and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
• Foster and sustain stable and collaborative relationships with customers, adeptly managing and resolving any arising issues.
• Establish sales and marketing policies to proficiently promote products and attain the desired sales revenues.
• Develop comprehensive mobile phone 2C channel plans tailored to specific regional markets, aligning them with overall marketing strategies.
• Devise plans for regional customer development and maintenance, overseeing their implementation, supervision, and evaluation to ensure successful execution.
• Formulate strategies and establish annual sales objectives.
