Requirements

• Leadership skills: Able to lead and motivate a sales team, set clear goals and expectations, and provide guidance and support to help team members achieve their targets.
• Adaptability: Adaptable and open to change. Able to embrace new technologies, sales methodologies, and market trends to stay competitive.
• Team management: Experience in managing and developing a sales team; the ability to recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals, while also fostering a positive and high-performance team culture.
• Experience: A proven track record of success in sales Banking, Multifinance/ FSI.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills; negotiating with clients, and presenting sales strategies and results to senior management.
• Relationship building: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; skilled in networking, customer relationship management, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Candidates should be comfortable working with sales metrics, forecasting, and using Hubspot systems.
• Industry knowledge: Understanding the specific challenges and dynamics of the industry to develop effective strategies and tactics.
• Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals; able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and metrics
• Develop and execute sales strategies (Banking, multifinance, FSI Industry)
• Present sales strategies and results
• Continuously improve sales processes
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Budgeting and forecasting (collaborates with the finance department to develop sales budgets and forecasts; Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales projections to estimate future sales revenues and expenses, ensuring that sales targets are aligned with financial objectives)
• Lead and manage the sales team
• Collaborate with other departments (Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.; provide input and insights regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to support the development of products and marketing initiatives)
