职责

1. Promote the strategic planning and implementation of RIES global strategic positioning consulting project in Indonesia， together with RIES global partners and RIES China consulting team, and also provide support for business in other countries in the ASEAN region;
2. Conducting in-depth industry research, market visits and consumer research in Indonesia and neighboring countries based on project needs, and regularly submit written industry research, market research and consumer research insight reports to the RIES China consulting team.
3. building up a strong relationship with RIES’s clients in Indonesia, actively influence clients, build trust with clients, create value for clients and deliver the consulting services that exceed expectations;
4. Develop, build, maintain and manage the resources of strategic partners in Indonesia, including but not limited to market research companies, 4A companies, PR companies, etc.
5. Continuously monitor industry data and business model trends in Indonesia and other countries in the ASEAN region, study the competitive landscape and business models of the industry, study the strategic deployment of industry peers, track their strategic dynamics, and propose the feasibility of competitive strategies accordingly suggestion.

资历

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Chinese Indonesians with 10 years or more of marketing consulting related work experience in Indonesia, including international consulting companies or 4A companies, familiar with and recognized positioning theory,
3. possess business acumen and insight, good at self-learning, quick thinking, ability to find and solve problems, and strong execution.
4. An entrepreneurial mindset as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. Self-driven, with good professional psychology and compressive ability, keep professional all the time.
5. Be proficient in reading, writing, and listening in English and able to communicate in Chinese.
